Aperture Research Works ↗

For professionals

Be considered for the work you can actually do.

Aperture Talent looks beyond titles and standard applicant filters. We research real capability, career patterns and market fit, then contact people when there is a specific reason a conversation may be worthwhile.

You stay in control

Being found is not the same as being submitted.

We may identify professionals from public, lawful professional information. That does not mean your CV or identity is automatically presented to an employer. A controlled permission step applies before candidate-specific sharing for a live opportunity.

You can be passive

You do not have to be actively job-seeking. A conversation can simply test whether a specific opportunity is worth considering.

You can say no

An approach is an invitation, not an obligation. Declining one opportunity does not require you to enter a continuing recruitment process.

You can add context

A title or online profile may miss what matters. You can explain your real work, preferred direction, constraints and evidence of capability.

What helps us understand you

Signal over polish.

Useful evidence can come from many places, not only a conventional CV.

Tell us the direction, not only the past

  • Roles or problem types you want next
  • Industries you prefer or want to leave
  • Location, remote or relocation preferences
  • Seniority and responsibility level
  • Compensation expectations where you choose to provide them
  • Work authorisation or sponsorship constraints where relevant
  • Anything you do not want us to pursue

Permission & privacy

Your professional information should not become recruiter inventory.

Aperture uses a controlled, purpose-linked approach. The exact legal basis and data handling obligations depend on the jurisdiction and the circumstances.

Before an employer introduction

  • We explain the opportunity or employer context to the extent appropriate.
  • You decide whether you want to be considered.
  • Candidate-specific identity or CV sharing follows the applicable permission and lawful-use gate.
  • Material uncertainties remain visible rather than being polished away.

What we avoid

  • Mass CV harvesting as the purpose of first contact.
  • Invented skills, inflated claims or rewriting uncertainty as fact.
  • Submitting your profile simply to create volume.
  • Promises of a job, interview, visa, salary or placement.

Do not send identity documents, bank details, medical information or other highly sensitive material in a first enquiry. If a later process genuinely requires sensitive information, the appropriate lawful and secure route must be confirmed first. See the main Aperture privacy information.

If we contact you

Our first message should answer “Why me?”

A real signal

We identify a professional reason you may fit a current or emerging need.

A specific explanation

We tell you what we noticed and why it may matter, rather than sending a generic recruitment blast.

Your response decides the next step

You can ask questions, add context, express interest or decline.

Only relevant information moves forward

Any candidate presentation follows the appropriate permission, privacy and professional controls.

A better next move

You can approach us before we find you.

Tell us what kind of work you want, where you are willing to work and what makes your background distinctive. We will review whether there is a credible route to help.
